Macarons can stay fresh in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. You can freeze them in an airtight container for up to a month on the day you purchase. You can then take out any amount you like from the freezer and put them in the fridge to defrost gradually. If you leave them at room temperature straight from the freezer, condensation may affect the quality. Macarons are best to be served at room temperature. Please leave them out for 20 minutes before enjoying them!
